REGISTRATION

For registration and abstract submissions, you need to register in UCEK-2022 submission system (click here).
●        An invitation letter will be sent to those who will attend as listener, after the payment of the listener registration fee specified in the
payment information. Therefore, the attendees as listeners are also required to register in the UCEK-2022 submission system.
●        By paying the listener registration fee, the participants are allowed to attend any desired workshop and will be able to receive a certificate of attendance.
●        For reimbursement of the registration fee from the parent institution, an “expenditure receipt” would be issued. Please get in touch with the secretariat during the congress.The registration fee includes the following:
○        You can present two papers,
○        You can attend any workshop you select, provided that you register,
○        Coffee break services, 3 lunch and 1 dinner,
○        An attendee bag of the congress,
○        A certificate of attendance.
●         The participant must pay all bank transfer costs of depositing the registration fee..
●        In the case of acceptance of papers with more than one author, only the person who pays the registration fee and/or who presents the paper will be able to benefit from congress extras. All coauthors have to pay the registration fee to get a certificate of attendance or participate in the congress..
●        Each author of the papers with more than one author is required to pay the registration fee to attend the congress.
●        Student attendees are required to send the bank receipt and student certificate/ a copy of the student ID card through email to
ucekicge@gmail.com (only for poster presentations).
 
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Abstract Submission
The abstract should be brief and clear, comprising 400-600 words. It should be compatible with the congress theme and accurately convey the author’s argument. It should not include the details, discussion and/or references of the study. The abstract should consist of the aim and importance of the study, the methodology, findings, results (fundamental ones), and suggestions, provided that they are presented briefly.
Key Words: Keywords must be compatible with the title and the study. It should be written from general to specific, including 3-5 words.
●        At least two reviewers will evaluate the abstracts that are uploaded onto the submission system based on the guidelines above.
●        After signing up for the submission system, you need to send your abstract by writing on the system in the relevant boxes on the screen. The abstracts will not be uploaded as word files onto the system.
●        If you consider your abstract theme unrelated to the given themes in the system, please select the option of “OTHER” and enter your abstract.
●        After the abstract is uploaded onto the system, an email of “confirmation for abstract registration” will be sent to the email address you specified in the system. Please check the steps for uploading the abstract if you do not receive this email.
●        One author can upload only two abstracts (or his/her name can be found only in two abstracts). The abstracts of multiple authors must be uploaded by one author with one email contact information (to avoid multiple uploads) and upload them to the system using only one name and email address (to avoid multiple registrations)
●        The abstracts will be evaluated by two journal reviewers through blind review, and the authors whose abstracts are accepted will be notified between 07.04.2022-05.09.2022.
●        Sign up for the submission system to register the congress and send your abstracts.
●        INVITATION LETTER will be sent to the authors/poster presenters of accepted abstracts after they pay the congress registration fee.
●        Online presentations can be done just synchronous.
